Full Service Wedding Planning is great for couples who want a planner BFF! A professional fairy god mother to attend to your every wedding need. In addition to wedding day management, full service planning gives brides that additional confidence knowing that they have someone reviewing contracts, booking appointments and walking alongside them through the entire process. Client Website (Weddingwire or Theknot) Wedding PLANNING TIMELINE. Development of the wedding BUDGET and ongoing tracking of payments. Site visits scheduled as we SCOUT and SECURE wedding VENUES for ceremony, and reception. Selection of, contract review and negotiation with the client’s vendor “dream team” including photographers, florists, bakeries, lighting professionals, bands, string quartets, etc. Complete RSVP service for invitations which includes mailing and guest response tracking. Design assistance, coordination and direction of the ceremony and reception. Support services for the parents and bridal party. Lodging and room block location and assistance. Unlimited staff hours on the wedding day. Unlimited meetings during the planning process. Two or three staff members on the wedding day, depending on complexity and size of the event.
